Schaeffler's Holiday Donation Campaign 2025: Together, we give hope


During the Holiday season, our aim at Schaeffler is to spread festive joy and to give back together by contributing to humanitarian aid. Our Holiday donation campaign this year once again supports the German Red Cross (GRK): For every digital greeting card you send, we will donate one Euro to the GRK. You can choose from two festively designed Schaeffler card motifs and make your Holiday greetings more personal.

Why the German Red Cross?

As a national society of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, the German Red Cross is committed to humanitarian aid worldwide and is active in over 50 countries. Regardless of origin, religion, or political belief, the GRK provides lifesaving measures in crisis and disaster areas.

The GRK's work includes:

  • Deployment of mobile health units: These units offer medical assistance and support directly on-site.
  • Provision of drinking water and food: Ensuring the basic needs in affected areas are met.
  • Provision of emergency shelters: Creating safe shelters for people who have lost their homes due to crises.
  • Long-term projects for resilience: Training in disaster preparedness and measures to improve water and sanitation conditions promote community stability.
These projects are often carried out in close cooperation with local partners and the Red Cross Societies of the respective countries to ensure sustainable and effective aid.

How the campaign works
  1. Download a digital greeting card.
  2. Choose your favorite design.
  3. Send the card: Send the greeting cards digitally to business contacts, current and former Schaeffler employees from your network, your friends, or your family.
  4. Contribute to the donation: For each greeting card sent, we will automatically donate one euro to the GRK, supporting the organization’s vital work worldwide.
